Please read these details carefully. We accept your booking subject to our terms and conditions. The festival reserves the right to make any necessary alterations to the programme, menus and events at short notice. In the unlikely event of our having to cancel the camp, we shall refund all monies paid. The camp does not accept any liability for personal or material loss, neither does the camp accept any use of recreational drugs or excessive alcohol consumption. The Children's programme notwithstanding, parents are at all times responsible for the safety and welfare of their children. On receipt of your completed booking form we will reserve your place(s). If you need to cancel, please give full notice in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows: Up to 6 weeks before the start of event: 30% of total fee. Less than six weeks before start of event: 100% of total due.
